Project Description:  Project Description: Located in Brooklyn Village, this duet development has been designed to offer a modern urban lifestyle within the charm of a suburban neighbourhood. The design focuses on creating complete, functional homes by making efficient use of compact spaces, resulting in lower overall maintenance requirements. The site's elongated shape naturally informed the linear building layout, ensuring optimal northern orientation. The swimming pool and landscaped garden follow the same orientation, allowing the majority of interior spaces to enjoy uninterrupted views of the outdoor areas.
